3. Overview and consent

This website uses no analytics or tracking services and no third-party cookies. On your first visit we ask whether we may remember your language and your display settings (light or dark mode, your companion Robin or Lena) for later visits. Your choice is kept in your browser's storage (local storage); this is necessary so that we do not ask you again on every visit (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). We store these settings only with your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); without consent the language is only carried in the page address, and the other settings apply only to the current page view. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the website footer. Details you enter in the booking, contact or KYC forms stay on the page in your browser until you send them yourself from your email app. If you change page in the meantime, your browser keeps the open window and your details for this tab only (session storage) so you can continue; they are deleted as soon as you send the request, close the window or close the tab (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). With your consent, your browser also remembers for 72 hours which Mannheim numbers you booked, so they are not offered to you again during that time.

4. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify); the provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. When you open the pages, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, and your browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Fonts

The website's fonts are served by this website itself. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider. A link to Google Maps in the footer only opens Google Maps when you click it; Google's privacy notice then applies.

6. Booking and contact requests

For bookings and contact requests, the website prepares an email with your details, which you send to us from your own email app (bookings to booking@voffices.de or buchen@voffices.de, contact requests to info@voffices.de). We only receive your details once you send it, for example your name, company, address, email address, phone number and message. We process them to answer your request, set up your account and prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the data when it is no longer needed for these purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply (for example up to ten years under commercial and tax law).

7. Click to Talk

Click to Talk is a voice preview in your browser. Your microphone is only used once you start the call and your browser allows it. Your voice is processed only in your browser and played back to you; it is not transmitted to us or to third parties and is not stored. No real call is placed. A name and phone number you may enter also stay in your browser. You can withdraw microphone access in your browser at any time.

8. Phone calls

When you call us, we process the details needed to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact info@voffices.de or our data protection officer. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.

10. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

11. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
