The content of the website is for information. Prices, services and availability are non-binding and do not constitute a legal offer. Changes and errors excepted.

3. Booking and contact requests

Booking and contact requests made through the website are non-binding. They are sent to us as an email from your own email app. A contract is only concluded once we confirm your booking in text form and the contract terms are agreed separately. The terms agreed there then apply to the contract.

4. Click to Talk

5. Use

The website may only be used within its functions and for lawful purposes. Interfering with the operation of the website and automated scraping of content are not permitted. The content of the website is protected by copyright (see the imprint).

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. The operators of linked external websites are responsible for their content.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Mannheim. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
