The service overview attached at the time the contract is concluded is authoritative.

5. Identification and activation

Activation of the address, mail and telecommunications services is subject to a successful customer and identity check (KYC), technical availability and any required evidence. Usability of the address for commercial register or trade law purposes is warranted only if this is expressly agreed in writing.

6. Contract components and confirmation

Components in this order of precedence: (1) this Service Contract including individually agreed annexes, (2) service/price annex, (3) the VOffices Terms and Conditions in the version provided at the time the contract is concluded. Data protection information is provided separately.

The customer confirms receipt of the Terms and Conditions and the service/price annex before signing. The signatory warrants their authority to represent the customer.

When booking via voffices.de, the contract is concluded by express acceptance in text form: you confirm this Service Contract and the Terms and Conditions before payment; the contract data are taken from your booking and confirmed to you by email.
